This magnificent farmhouse is the largest building to be renovated at the Arrieta eco resort. Finished to a very high standard this lovely property sleeps 6 guests + cots / z-beds within 3 spacious double bedrooms. Local materials have been used wherever possible in the restoration including the original stone walls. The farmhouse has a light airy feel and boasts beautiful sea views.

The large central island is an ideal work space, offering views to the well-maintained gardens beyond.

The farmhouse is set within mature gardens, and offers a large ranch style covered terrace with marble flooring, here there is a dining area for 8 guests.

The front garden of the farmhouse leads to the private pool area which includes a raised bamboo dining hut with sea and mountain views. The private pool area boasts a second kitchen with a covered chill out room including double day bed and leather sofas.

In addition it has a further private shower room and W.C. The pool area has a private terrace with sun loungers, BBQ and great sea views.

The price per night is based on upto 4 guests sharing the Eco Luxury Farm House. For up to 8 guests, there is an additional charge of €10 per person per night.

This is a brand new property to the stay Lanzarote website. Set just back from the walkway leading into Puerto Calero, the villa is less than a 2 minute stroll to the harbour on the left hand side of the house, or to the right where there is a small beach beside the 5 star Hisperia hotel.

Our 3 bedroom family holiday home is set on 3 levels, each area fully air conditioned and with pipe music throughout- Level one: A large open plan lounge dining area with sea views.

Contemporary fitted kitchen with every utensil guests could possibly ask for including a juicer and coffee maker...This property is fitted for guests to feel completely at home and relaxed.

From the lounge area, large patio doors lead out to the private terrace with a part shaded floor space for al fresco dining, and sunbeds beside the private splash pool.

On the South-West coast of Lanzarote, Puerto Calero is only 10 kilometers from Arrecife Airport and 20km from the islands capital.

You can often spend a few hours sat in one of the cafes or restaurants which overlook the marina without even realizing how long you have been there!

On average, if not using big appliances, the house will recharge its batteries from generator power once every four days, and run for about six hours. Finca Franceses encompasses 8,000sq meters of land which includes a traditional Canarian Farmhouse dating back to the 19th century. The surroundings are tranquil and serene with a picture perfect backdrop.

Included within the Finca there is a lovely Canarian Cottage which sleeps 2/4 people - Please visit La Casita for further information.

Located in an extension to the farmhouse, is the Franceses B&B apartment. Originally built around 1920, this sub building has recently been restored and provides: A twin bedded room with private bathroom en suite, and a small hallway which leads from the private entrance.

Directly opposite the apartment there is a large open-style farmhouse kitchen, here a full breakfast is served daily to visitors. Guests are also welcome to use the full catering facilities to prepare their own meals in the evening, including the charcoal BBQ. This is a cosy area with a log burner for the cooler evenings.

A little further along the 'street' there is a small bodega which forms an important and historical part of the finca. This was the original kitchen to the farmhouse where meals were cooked over an open fire.

Guests are welcome to use:

This cosy, unique and atmospheric Bodega building for candlelit evenings, a game of cards, or perhaps play the guitar or Canarian timple which hang from the stone walls. This is also where you can sample genuine La Palma wine from the different regions around the island.

Guests of the bed and breakfast accommodation have their own exclusive seating area, with twin cast iron/wooden seats and table. This gives a bird's eye view over the north coast and to the little pirate village of El Tablado to the west. The seating area is backed by drago trees and overlooks the terraces of the finca and ornamental gardens with various cacti.

Green features include:

A 12000 litre water tank which collects rain and spring water to irrigate the agricultural land on the finca, namely fruit trees and vegetables.

Recycling of glass, aluminium, plastic, etc., is actively encouraged with dedicated containers for this purpose.

Six friendly chickens happily lay eggs for breakfast, they are often encouraged by freshly picked greens or a kind word!

Two Trek Navigator bikes are readily available for the active and adventurous guests. A reliable two hourly bus service point is situated close to the finca.

Local Points of interets:

An embroidery workshop is located just 50 metres away from the accommodation, where you can actually see products being made lovingly (and time-consumingly!) by hand. Also nearby every weekend a local market is held. Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings in Puntagorda visitors often go along to purchase local food produce and hand made crafts.

The Route of Kings, (GR130 road route) circles around the island and passes close to the finca. Guests can easily join the route simply by walking down the donkey path at the side of the finca. In the north, the route travels along ancient paths through forgotten villages and rugged ravines.

Two rural chic cottages set within a 19th century country estate. Each house was carefully restored in 2006 and are both fully fitted with all home comforts to host up to 4 guests each (plus cots). The cottages can be rented seperately or together for groups of up to 8 people.

La Labranza was originally a farmers cottage, El Pajar was built as a complementary section to the main house. In the past the building was used to dry tobacco and for general service area to the local farming activities. Since being restored and renovated, El Pajar has been transformed into a comfortable and charming holiday cottage.

Santa Lucia De Tirajana is an off the beaten track location, which is privileged by natural surroundings. A picturesque environment which blends with footpaths up to the top of the mountains, and down through the valleys leading to the Atlantic Ocean.

There is a large open-plan lounge room within the villa, a private entrance, 2 spacious double bedrooms one with en-suite on the upper level, and a third single bedroom plus a seperate luxury bathroom.

In addition to this guests at the villa can make use of a private games room with stunning views over to the shared pool area. The villa has a fully fitted kitchen and dining room plus a private BBQ and outdoor dining room with panoramic lanzarote Landscape views.
