El Zoco is a lovingly restored original Canarian building, with a Morrocan style twist, set within the grounds of the Finca Malvarrosa country retreat.

Within the apartment there are two large semi circles which create the spacious open plan living area for two people, including a double bed sleeping area with ensuite shower-room (with wash basin and W.C), plus a comfortable and original style living room and adjoining well equipped kitchen.

The large private Terrace at El Zoco beckons guests to relax and unwind offering splendid countryside views, and includes sun beds for relaxation plus a furnished area for al fresco dining.

El zoco is one of the two apartments within the Finca Malvarossa country house, Los Arboles is a further double apartment and there is also a country cottage within the grounds - la Torre a 2 bedroom cottage. In order to provide guests with total privacy and tranquility with traditional charm there are no TV sets or telephones in the apartments, although, if you would like to have a TV it is possible to request one in advance. There is however the added bonus of a WI-FI internet connection for guests who need to work away from home with a laptop. Although this apartment sleeps two people there is plenty of room for a cot for a small child - Cots and highchairs are available on request and are free of charge.

In front of the apartments awaits a peaceful shared swimming pool which is exclusively for the finca guests to use, the views from this area are spectacular!

Finca Malvarrosa - is located in the center of Lanzarote close to Teguise. Situated around 20Km from Arrecife airport, 10 minutes drive from Caleta De Famara and less than 10 minutes walk from the village center at Teguise.
