One of the most beautiful country Villas in Lanzarote, situated on 11,000 square meters of privately owned land in Los Valles and only minutes from the former capital of the island - Teguise. This stunning villa contains a private courtyard, heated outdoor 8 x 4 meter swimming pool with well maintained surrounding gardens and natural grass.

This Barranco casa is around 300 years old and has been lovingly restored to its original beauty. Each room feels warm and classical in style so that the building can be appreciated in the way it was originally intended.

The art on the walls reflect local history and many of the pieces are by local Canarian artists. The master twin bedroom is lavishly appointed and features a stunning open plan bathroom.

Two further guest bedrooms include a beautiful double room accessed from the courtyard with en suite bathroom, plus a cosy twin room with a further shower room accessible via the solid wood stairs.

This villa boasts excellent views to Lanzarote's breathtaking landscapes.

Our chic casa has a large rustic kitchen and dining area complete with an adjoining utility room. Further along from here there is a big bathroom which was once the original kitchen, this is evident by the fact that the oven area still remains in the room but has been transformed into a feature display, along with original recessed areas in the walls once used as storage for crockery.

In the heart of this Barranco house over looked by the wooden beam indoor terrace, guests have an open courtyard with a Canarian oven and BBQ to enjoy outdoor living in a traditional Canarian style. This property is fully air-conditioned with heating for the cooler months.

Green features include a local recycle area and support of local flora and fauna. It is also possible to enjoy local produce from the land including fresh Corn, potatoes, vegetables and fruit.
