A Luxury four bedroom private holiday home sits within a private walled and gated 2,000m2 plot of land. Within the mature Canarian gardens at the Colina luxury villa there is a large heated pool, with a terrace offering panoramic sea views.

Casa Colina has been tastefully decorated to offer a spacious and airy feel, plus all home from home comforts have been included creating the perfect standard holiday accommodation in Lanzarote.

The living room comes complete with entertainment system, including UK satellite channels but with the magnificent sea views from its bay window guests will want to sit and take in the stunning Canary Island landscapes. 

Leading from the patio doors to a shaded terrace area, complete with outdoor furnished dining  and BBQ area. Along with the fully fitted kitchen at the villa, there is also a separate dining room which boasts the same fabulous views to the sea.

The upper floor of the villa consists of a master bedroom and second bedroom with built in wardrobes, spectacular sea views, bathroom with double sinks and patio doors to the very private large terrace. There are a further two guest bedrooms on the lower level of the house with modern spacious bathroom.

Mature well maintained gardens surround the Colina luxury holiday villa, filled with native plants such as Aloe Vera and Canarian Palms. Leading on to the large pool area & terrace which has plenty of sun loungers, offering guests of all ages the perfect area to relax and enjoy this peaceful holiday retreat.

Location information: El Mojon is a small traditional Canarian Village with few houses and a small village church. Located on the outskirts of Teseguite within a 5 minute drive to the popular tourist area Costa Teguise (not to be confused with the Islands original capital Teguise.)

Teguise Village is steeped in history, the town offers traditional style shopping and has a lively Sunday market which attracts visitors from all over the island. The architecture here is full of character with an abundance of traditional Canarian features.
