The style of this large country house situated alongside seven cosy cottages in Haria, finds design inspiration from the traditional architecture of Lanzarote. The earthenware and wooden floors blend together with a generous use of carpentry in the ceilings, doors, windows and fittings creating traditional Canarian charm but with the smallest hint of contemporary style.

Country Home Features

This is the main luxury dwelling within the Haria country estate where there are a total of eight holiday homes ranging from 2-3 bedrooms in each.

This is a spacious luxury bolthole with a constructed floor space of 300 square meters. The Haria casa has a large reception area, country kitchen, two spacious guest bedrooms, guest bathroom, master bedroom suite with a beautiful en-suite bathroom, plus a family size open plan living room with entertainment system.

There are two jewels to this uniquely styled crown, firstly there is a large basement area with a group dining room large enough to seat around 15 people.

The second jewel is the large divided area from the open plan reception, kitchen and lounge room, glass walls divide a private room which contains 9 meter indoor heated swimming pool. 

Smaller jewels surround the large gems at the Haria house including a second living room on the upper level of the house, reading room with stunning views across the valley, Jacuzzi bath, luxury walk in shower with tinted glass pitched roof.

In addition to the fantastic indoor living areas there are large private gardens and terraces, including a roofed BBQ zone with seating which can accommodate literally everybody staying at the retreat if required, should you be in the mood for entertaining!

Green features

Special emphasis has been placed upon the gardens within the Finca retreat. Some of the flora and fauna are exclusively from the Canaries, whilst others are from Africa, South America and mainland Spain. Almost all of the plants and tress have been labelled to indicate their origin which adds a quirky finishing touch to the beautifully maintained gardens.

Where possible the owners of this stunning villa are working hard to build on their eco friendly credentials. There is a solar heating system fitted to the outdoor pool. low wattage light bulbs and A+ appliances. Plenty of local recycle points are placed around Haria within walking distance of the village areas.
