A beautiful property which can be divided into two sections for holiday rentals in Casa Catlina I and II, or can be opened up into one large house with four bedrooms, two reception rooms, two family size kitchens and four bathrooms.

Villas I & II are arranged around a central courtyard and can be rented separately by couples and smaller families, or opened up into one single house for larger parties of up to eight people.

If the house is opened up into one property for a large group, (more than one family, friends travelling together), each can enjoy being together but have access to their own living areas for quiet time!

The catalina property is situated on 4.500 square meters of land with each of the two houses containing a 280 square meter living area.

Casa I&II each contains:

A country style large kitchen, ample seating for indoor and outdoor dining, large quality bathrooms with granite surround sinks and walk in shower areas, master bedroom with en-suite, guest bedrooms with twin beds plus comfy country chic living and relaxation areas, complete with full entertainment system. 

There is also a shared heated outdoor pool with well kept grass surround, a BBQ area and a furnished outdoor poolside terrace.

Local and natural materials have been used to develop the country chic properties in Los Valles. A local recycling point is among the eco friendly credentials available at the Casas Catalinas. Guests can also make the most of the surrounding farm land by receiving some of the home grown products such as potatoes and a variety of fresh fruit.
