The penthouse apartment is situated at 'Las Cucharas' which is the main beach at the Costa Teguise resort. At this beach you can hire equipment for windsurfing, diving, boogie boarding and kayaking etc. 

If you are looking for a more relaxing time you can hire the sunbeds and shades. There is a huge selection of restaurants nearby ranging from Local Tapas Bars. There is something for every one in Costa Teguise.

The islands only Water Park plus an 18 hole Golf Course are also situated in this popular resort area. There are two markets in Pueblo Marinero, just a 5 minute stroll from the apartment. On a Thursday morning there is a local produce market and on a Friday evening a general market. There is also a large Sunday market in La Villa de Teguise, the historic ex capital which is a bus ride away.

There are a number of interesting places to visit on the island from Luna volcanic Landscapes to Caves, Art Galleries to Children's theme parks. As Costa Teguise is central on Lanzarote these are all within easy reach from the penthouse.
