Restored to a very high standard the cottage boasts many original features such as wooden flooring, and a rustic Canarian balcony from the master bedroom.

This is one of the original buildings in Arrieta village and is set next to the slipway where the local fishermen still place their colourful painted wooden boats in the water.

• External solid wood staircase leads from the ground level up to the Master suite on the first floor.
• Master suite on upper level with lovely sea views. Light, airy and spacious. king size 180cm bed plus an adjoining bathroom complete with wood surround bath and sea views.
• Added Sofa/single bed on the upper level which means that the cottage is ideal for a couple with a young child.
• Access to swimming pool and WIFI at our local eco resort
