The owners designed the house themselves placing a huge amount of importance on privacy. The outside terraces and swimming pool were a priority, and great care has been taken in the design and layout of the large leisure area. The swimming pool has a unique design with a Jacuzzi and separate children's splash pool linked to the main pool. There is a separate barbecue area and a hot tub all of which are surrounded by tropical gardens.

Stepping up from the sun terrace there is a magnificent porch, where you will find an American billiards table, table tennis and darts board. Alternatively you may choose to just sit back and relax in the shade on the double swing or quality poolside furnishings.

The accommodation has been fitted to a magnificent standard, with marble floors throughout, marble fireplace and fountain. There is also a spectacular feature pitch roof wooden ceiling in the lounge which also contains full digital television (the UK card is supplied), plus Spanish, German and French channels, a DVD, music centre, plus games and books to satisfy a wide variety of tastes.

PC Computer with WI-FI (Wireless Fidelity) high speed internet access available in the Villa. Guests do not need to bring their own laptop computer. There is also a PlayStation 2.

From the lounge you step up to the exquisite dining room and then on through to the large family kitchen, which has been fitted to a brilliant level. The accommodation has three spacious bedrooms; Master room with a double bed plus en-suite bathroom, plus two guest rooms which contain twin single beds. There is also a further full bathroom plus a shower room with W.C and wash basin.

Although La difference is not a rural property, the location is ideal for visitors who would like to hire bikes and ride out in to the Lanzarote countryside, Los Mojones is very close to the Macher area and on to Puerto Calero and Playa Quemada.

The villa has been fitted with low wattage light bulbs and A+white goods, a full solar water heating system, non chemical swimming pool, plus there is a local recycle point which we urge guests to make use of. This is a luxury and well equipped property.
